I’m coming in from out of state. How much marijuana can I buy?
As of October 1, 2016, out-of-towners can buy the same as in-state residents – one ounce of cannabis or cannabis-infused products. According to the revision, an eighth (3.5 grams) of recreational cannabis is equivalent to one gram of recreational concentrate or ten 10 milligram servings of THC in a retail marijuana product.
